An online tennis booking system that gives the Tennis Coaching group a fully functional online solution.
The Beginning
GDT run a busy tennis coaching company with lots of courses, location and also students. The required an online system that would be robust enough to run their business online and improve the payment of courses, communication between students and coaches and also provide a back end system that can control their entire business. After looking at off the shelf solutions available in the states, GDT decided to let MRS Web Solutions provide a quote and specification for a bespoke solution. And the rest they say is history!
The Middle
The new online system gives full control of locations, courses and instructors to the administrator, allowing them to run their business as required. Users of the system will be notified of upcoming courses and can also view other users on the system to arrange match ups. Users have the ability to add other people to their accounts such as their children so that they can book courses for multiple people. Payment is taken online but can also be deferred for other methods of payment such cheque or cash.
In The End
GDT can no almost completely run their business online. Now the new system has been set-up GDT may also like to offer similar set-ups to other coaching schools to help improve the level of tennis coaching in the UK and hopefully give us all another Wimbledon champion!
